Love the bottle and the sleeve. I just don’t like the straw cap. It would be nice if I could just open it like a drinking bottle. Please offer a different cap for the 40oz thermos.

I was disappointed with shipping. You charge for shipping which is 2-5 days and that didn’t happen. I was given the excuse that with the sales you are running it out you behind. I wouldn’t charge people shipping if you can’t fulfill the order in that time. I love the bottle over all. My only complaint is there is not key hook like the gallon gear and the mouthpiece is a bit rough.

I don’t know if it helps or not. It doesn’t really stay on well. It’s just a handle and my phone doesn’t fit all the in the pocket because of the narrow cylinder thermoflask. It’s not as effective as at needs to be. I am not using it unfortunately. I really wanted this to work!
