Every product purchased directly on 6packfitness.com comes with our upgraded, comprehensive 24-month warranty from the date of delivery. Our commitment to you is straightforward and broken down into two distinct tiers of coverage:

1. The 24-Month "No BS" Warranty (One-Time Replacement)

• The Coverage: We know life happens. If your gear is damaged during the first 24 months you own it—including damage caused by heavy wear and tear, rough handling, or accidental damage—you are covered for a one-time, "no questions asked" replacement.

• The Terms: You must return the original item to us (utilizing our heavily discounted shipping labels to save you money) and cover a standard shipping and handling fee for the new replacement.

• The Carry-Over: Once you receive your replacement, it will continue to be covered for the remainder of your original 24-month timeline strictly under our Manufacturing Defect Warranty (see below). It is not eligible for a second "No BS" replacement.

2. The 24-Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty

• The Coverage: We guarantee our products against flaws in materials and workmanship for a full 24 months. This strictly covers structural failures, including broken zippers or sliders, faulty hardware (buckles, strap adjusters), blown stitching, and material delamination.

What Is Not Covered?

While our flagship warranty is comprehensive, there are a few standard exceptions. The warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic Damage: Scratched vegan leather, stained fabrics, or general fading that does not impact the function of the bag.

• Incidental or Consequential Damages: Damage to or loss of the contents of your bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.

How to Claim Your Warranty & Proof of Purchase

Proof of Purchase is strictly required. To demonstrate your eligibility for this premium warranty, you must provide proof that your purchase was made directly through 6packfitness.com.

• Please provide your 6packfitness.com order number, order confirmation email, or original store receipt when submitting your claim.

• Without a valid 6packfitness.com proof of purchase, we will be unable to process your upgraded warranty replacement.

Important Exclusions

• The 6 Pack Fitness Exclusive: Please note that this upgraded 24-month warranty applies strictly to purchases made directly on 6packfitness.com.

• Legal: This warranty gives you certain rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
