During your first year of ownership, we have your back completely. This tier covers both manufacturing defects (like blown stitching or busted zippers) AND accidental damage (e.g., dropped gear, rips, or "my dog ate my bag").
The Terms: You receive a 100% free repair or full replacement. You simply pay a standard flat fee for shipping and handling.
⚙️ Months 13–36: Pro-Rated Coverage
Your gear remains strictly protected against manufacturing defects and structural failures for the full 3 years at absolutely no charge.
Accidental Damage: If you severely damage or thrash your bag during this window due to extreme wear and tear, we will still replace it for a nominal flat fee (typically 10–20% of the original product MSRP) plus shipping. You are never left without options.
